Features include:

• Role-based access for agents, agencies, and admins
• A publication workflow so listings go through review before going live
• Property filters by neighborhood, price, and type

Built with Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Supabase for auth and data, and Mantine with Tailwind for the UI layer.
